Tell us what you are trying to improve.
You do not need a technical brief. Describe the problem, the process or the idea in your own words, we will help you shape it from there.

Common questions
Before you reach out
Do I need a formal brief before I get in touch?
No. A plain description of the problem is enough to start. We will help shape it into something buildable together, in the first conversation.
I am not sure if this is a website, a system or something else.
That is normal, and it does not matter at this stage. Tell us what is not working and we will help work out the right shape for it, whether that is a website, an internal system, some automation, or a mix.
What does a project cost?
A focused three-page site or a contained process automation typically starts around $1,000. A compliance-led practice site, or a site wired into quoting and payments, is a different conversation. We will tell you which before anything is scoped. The investment field below is a rough guide, not a quote.
What happens after the site launches?
Eagle Care covers professional hosting, reasonable site updates (including agent-assisted changes), and ongoing SEO and AEO work. Reasonable means ordinary content and performance updates, not a redesign every fortnight. Higher plans are available if you need more.
Who will I actually be working with?
Joel, directly, from the first conversation through to delivery. Specialist collaborators are brought in only where a particular project genuinely needs them.
Can you sign an NDA before we go into detail?
Yes. If that would help you speak freely, we are happy to put one in place before a more detailed conversation.
What if I only have an idea, not an existing system?
That is a fine starting point. Describe the idea and the problem it is meant to solve, there is space for both in the form below.
Not ready yet?
No pressure to have it all figured out.
If you're still weighing it up, have a look at how we approach a project, or what we've built for other businesses so far.
