Websites

Your website is where trust starts. It shouldn't be where your data stops.

We build corporate and small-business sites, lead-generation pages, product and SaaS marketing sites, service directories and content-rich authority sites, fast, accessible and easy to maintain. For businesses ready to go further, we connect the site to what happens next: the enquiry, the quote, the booking, the job.

A focused three-page site typically starts around $1,000. Practice and connected sites are a different conversation.

The bigger picture

A website is an entry point, not the whole system.

Most businesses treat the website as the whole of their digital presence, then wonder why enquiries still sit in an inbox, quotes still take days to go out, and nobody has one place to see what's actually happening.

We build the site to do its own job well, fast, clear, credible. Where it earns its place, we also feed it into the systems that do the rest of the work: an enquiry that lands in a CRM instead of an inbox, a quote request that starts a job instead of an email thread.

What we build

The site types we build most

Different jobs need different sites. What doesn't change is the standard underneath them.

Corporate & small-business sites

A clear front door, who you are, what you do, and how to reach you, without the fluff.

Lead-generation sites

Built around one job: turning a visitor into an enquiry.

Product & SaaS marketing sites

Explains what the product does and who it is for, before anyone has to sign up to find out.

Conversion-focused landing pages

One offer, one path, built to be tested and improved over time.

Service directories

Structured listings people can actually search and compare, not a wall of text.

Content-rich authority sites

Editorial content that earns trust and search visibility over months, not days.

Managed-content sites

A content system your team can update, new services, new pages, new pricing, without calling us.

Connected customer entry points

A booking, quote or enquiry form that lands in the system behind it, not an inbox nobody checks.

Foundations

What's underneath every site we build

None of this is an optional extra, it's what makes a site worth building in the first place.

01

Fast, and findable

A slow site loses people before they read a word, and search engines quietly rank it lower for it. We build for genuine load speed, clean markup, sensible image handling, hosting that gets out of the way, not a score on a report. The same structure that helps a search engine understand a page increasingly helps AI assistants summarise it correctly too. We build toward that where it is realistic to support, without promising a ranking outcome nobody can guarantee.

02

Accessible, and structured

A site that only works for some of your visitors is turning some of them away. We build to genuine accessibility standards, proper headings, sufficient contrast, keyboard navigation, not a bolted-on overlay. Content is structured so it can be reused: the same service description can appear on a page, in a search result, and later somewhere else, because it was written and organised properly the first time.

03

Set up to convert, and to prove it

A site nobody enquires through has not done its job. We design the path to contact, quote or booking deliberately, then set up analytics that show what is actually happening, where people arrive from, and where they drop off, instead of a vanity number nobody acts on.

04

Built to last, and to grow

We use modern, maintainable foundations rather than a stack only we can touch, and connect the site to the systems behind it where that earns its place, a CRM, a booking tool, a quoting flow, instead of leaving it stranded. Where a business needs to publish and update content itself, we add a content system for that; where it does not, we keep the build simpler. Either way, launch is the start of an improvement loop, not the end of a project.

A storefront, a spec builder, and the systems behind the sale

A Brisbane custom PC retailer needed more than a brochure. The site, the pricing, the layby book and the CRM had to run as one operation.

A relaunch that started producing enquiries, with quoting behind it

A Brisbane musician needed to replace a GoDaddy site that was not winning work, and a way to turn an enquiry into a quote and a deposit without email tennis.

A Queensland aviation finance broker needed a site that spoke to pilots in their own language, and a place to publish market notes without calling a developer.

An ANZ go-to-market advisor needed a site that explained the work in a few seconds, productised the engagements, and gave a founder or CRO a clear path to a conversation.

A practice site that had to be accurate before it could be pretty

A Brisbane mobile occupational therapist needed a small site that families and referrers could trust, with NDIS, Medicare and AHPRA constraints treated as design rules, not footnotes.

Three sister sites, one practice, still on the canvas

An accredited mental health social worker needed three public doors that do not blur into each other: a credibility hub, a workplace front door, and a training storefront. The builds exist so the direction can be judged. They are not launched.

How this works

Engagements, not packages

We do not sell fixed website packages. A focused three-page site or banner site typically starts around $1,000. A practice site that has to get NDIS, Medicare or AHPRA details right, or a site wired into quoting and payments, is a different conversation. After launch, Eagle Care covers hosting, reasonable updates and SEO work. This is the work we have the most capacity for, and the clients we most want more of.

Will this get us to the top of Google?
No one can honestly guarantee a ranking, anyone who promises page one is guessing. What we can do is build the technical and content foundations search engines reward: fast pages, clean structure, and content that actually answers what people are searching for.
What about AI search, ChatGPT, Gemini and the rest?
AI assistants increasingly summarise and recommend businesses from the same structured content and clear writing that search engines reward. We build toward that where it is realistic to support, without pretending it is a solved problem or a guaranteed outcome.
Can our site connect to our CRM or booking system?
Often, yes. If there is a system behind the website, a CRM, a quoting tool, a booking calendar, we can usually connect an enquiry or booking straight into it, instead of leaving it as an email nobody owns.
Do we need to be able to update the site ourselves?
Some businesses do, some do not. Where it is useful, we add a content management layer so your team can publish updates directly. Where it is not, we keep the build simpler and handle changes for you.
What does an engagement cost?
A focused three-page site typically starts around $1,000. A compliance-led practice site, or a site wired into quoting and payments, is a larger engagement. We will say which before anything is scoped.
What happens after launch?
Eagle Care covers professional hosting, reasonable site updates (including agent-assisted changes), and ongoing SEO and AEO work. Higher plans are available if you need more.
