Privacy policy

Last updated: July 2026

State Zero ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through statezero.au, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide — your name, business, email, phone number if given, and whatever you tell us about your project or enquiry. We use a standard website analytics tool to understand how the site is used in aggregate; this does not identify you personally.

How we use it

Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if a project goes ahead, to deliver that work. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking first.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed through our hosting provider's form-handling service and email. We take reasonable steps to keep this information secure, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email joel@statezero.au and we'll action this within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies

This site uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics. We don't use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
