Terms of use
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your use of statezero.au. By using this site, you agree to them. This page covers use of the website itself — not the terms of any specific project engagement, which are agreed separately in writing before work begins.
Website content
Content on this site — including case studies, capability descriptions and insight articles — is provided for general information. It describes our approach and real, verified work; where a project can't be publicly identified, it's presented as an anonymised, accurately scoped example and marked as such.
No guarantees
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of results, rankings, timelines or outcomes for your own project. Every engagement is scoped individually based on the work involved.
Intellectual property
The design, code and written content of this site belong to State Zero unless otherwise credited. Client names, logos and screenshots shown in case studies remain the property of their respective owners and are shown with permission or in anonymised form.
External links
This site links to external sites, including client websites. We aren't responsible for the content or availability of sites we don't control.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here is the current one.
