A specialist site that had to productise a go-to-market practice
An ANZ go-to-market advisor needed a site that explained the work in a few seconds, productised the engagements, and gave a founder or CRO a clear path to a conversation.
The problem
Shaun runs EXG Partners: go-to-market advisory and execution for software, AI and technology companies entering or expanding across Australia and New Zealand. A loose list of services does not help a founder or CRO decide whether to book a call. The site had to make the proposition obvious, show that an operator is doing the work, and turn the offer into a small number of understandable engagements.
The approach
We built a credibility and lead-generation site, not a generic agency brochure. The homepage states the regional job immediately. Services are framed as pathways: market readiness, pipeline validation, and fractional local execution. Insights sit alongside, so the thinking is public and the enquiry path is short.
What we built
- A live site at exgpartners.com.au for ANZ market entry, pipeline and outbound, and intent, ABM and revenue technology
- Productised engagement pathways a commercial leader can actually compare
- An insights library for ANZ go-to-market writing
- A clear path to a growth call or a market-readiness conversation
Outcome
The site is live. It is the public front door for a specialist practice: enough substance for due diligence, without inventing results or dressing the work up as a larger firm than it is.
