A specialist broker site, with a briefing room he can keep writing

A Queensland aviation finance broker needed a site that spoke to pilots in their own language, and a place to publish market notes without calling a developer.

The problem

Regan Lacey is a finance broker and a pilot. Generic broker sites ask aviation clients to explain roster pay, allowances and why a standard PAYG box does not fit. He also needed a way to publish Queensland property and lending notes himself, instead of waiting on a developer every time APRA or a Form 2 rule moved.

The approach

We built a focused site around one job: make it obvious that the broker already understands the cockpit, then give a clear path to a consultation. Behind the homepage, The Briefing Room is a small publishing system. Regan can add articles and LinkedIn notes through a CMS, and the public blog rebuilds from that.

What we built

  • A live site at astirprofessionalservices.com.au for home loans, aircraft finance and equipment finance
  • Clear paths to a free consultation, written for pilots and aviation professionals
  • The Briefing Room: articles on lending changes, Queensland property and industry notes
  • A CMS so new posts and LinkedIn items publish without a rebuild by hand

Outcome

The site is live and the briefing room is in use. This is the shape of website work we most want more of: a founder-operator, a specialist audience, and a publishing loop the client can run.
