Three sister sites, one practice, still on the canvas

An accredited mental health social worker needed three public doors that do not blur into each other: a credibility hub, a workplace front door, and a training storefront. The builds exist so the direction can be judged. They are not launched.

This work is in progress. What you see here is current, not a finished launch story.

The problem

Leigh Fraser-Gray is founder and clinical lead of MH Services and Training in Spring Hill. The work covers counselling, professional supervision, Mental Health First Aid and workplace psychosocial support. Two existing domains already split the story, and a third training domain only redirected. A single site would dilute three different buyers. A generic template would also be the wrong answer: published claims, crisis information and trauma-informed language are professional risk.

The approach

We are building three sister sites that share a design spine and stay cousins, not twins. Each has one job and one voice. Content is held to a written canon, not copied from the old Wix pages. Crisis lines sit in every footer, never behind a click. The current deploys are a working canvas for Leigh to mark up. They are not production.

What we are building

  • leighfraser-gray.com.au, the personal credibility hub for counselling, supervision, speaking and GP referrals
  • mhservicesandtraining.com.au, the corporate front door for workplace mental health, workshops and service agreements
  • mentalhealth-training.com.au, a dedicated MHFA and training storefront with dates and prices in the open
  • One shared component and token spine, themed three ways, so a change can be propagated without the sites drifting apart
  • Booking paths split the way the business already runs: clinical on one side, training and corporate on the other

Outcome

Scaffolds are built, copy is canon-aligned, and all three sites build clean. Connecting hosting and finishing photography, pricing confirmation and form backends is still ahead. We include it because this is substantial in-flight work, and the shape of client we want more of.
